The context

A Senegalese company ran three separate businesses: property sales and rentals, vehicle rentals and sales, and an online store. Each one had its own tools, which meant multiple customer accounts and extra work for the team.

Our solution

We designed a single platform: customers create one account to find a home, book a car or shop. The team runs all three businesses from a shared back-office, with roles and permissions tailored to each employee.
