Jàng

The context

In many schools, fees are tracked in a ledger, grades live in each teacher’s files and report cards are typed by hand at the end of each term; parents only hear anything when the report card arrives.

Our solution

Jàng brings together fees, teaching and school life: each student’s payment schedule and receipts, grade entry in a table with averages and rankings, report cards in the school’s own format, attendance and absences. A parent portal gives each family its grades, report cards and payment status.

Features

• Enrolment, fees, payment schedules, numbered receipts and arrears
• Grades, averages and rankings with configurable rules
• Custom report cards: header, colours, columns, signatures
• Attendance, absences, timetable and homework log
• Parent portal with an access code per family
• Excel import, year rollover and full export
