The context

In many healthcare facilities, patient records are scattered across notebooks, cards and registers: allergies get lost, the waiting room is run by calling out names and insurer shares are worked out by hand.

Our solution

Wér follows the patient from front desk to billing: appointments, waiting room, vital signs, consultation with ICD-10 coded diagnoses, a prescription checked against the allergies on record, then an invoice split between the payer and the patient. Medical records are open to clinicians only, and every access is logged.
